A trip up to Scone yesterday, arriving in time to see a wee bit of drama unfold with a Spitfire mk.26 landing safely with a reported undercarriage problem.

The SCAA EC135 was called out mid afternoon as I was chatting with a friend in a high place. It's still unusual to look down on a helicopter, that's twice in two days as it departed as I was in the overhead on Friday.

They returned after dark after dropping the casualty off at a local hospital.

I love the sky in that shot too! These lights are a bit bright! reminds me of my sound/media system at home for the VU meters, all that's missing are yellow lights! A nice capture none the less!
