As it was a sunny day last Saturday I decided to to take a trip up to Old Sarum airfield on the off-chance, and was quite surprised to see a lot of people there until I realised that they had a special parachuting day going on. They were using a similar Cessna 208 to the one that you saw, namely a Cessna Grand Caravan 208B G-OJMP. I soon noticed that after dropping each batch of parachutists, the pilot of the aircraft was making a quite spectacular steep curving dive from height levelling out just as he passed over the airfield boundary. So I went over to the other side of the airfield and managed to get a reasonable sequence of photo's including some top-side's. Sadly that was probably my last trip of that kind until next year.
