Natural Environment Piper

Had this doing circuits over Langdon Hills, Basildon for about half an hour this evening.

This is the "Natural Environment Research Council" Piper Navajo Chieftain.
Looks like quite a well kitted out aircraft.

Not sure that NERC still operate this. I think when NERC got their Dornier 228 D-CALM, G-NERC was passed on to Cambridge Uni where it replaced a Cessna 337 with them.
