Any idea why? Not that it matters as I'll still see them at Waddington and RIAT but Yeovilton seem to be struggling to bring in the interesting participants at the moment.

I think you'll find cancelled from Waddington as well - They are at Avord for Waddo weekend.

Hi. I noticed about ten days ago that the Jordians had been added to the airshow at Florennes which i believe is the same weekend. When i saw that i did wonder how they would display at both on the saturday. I know it may not be too far/long to fly between the two even with their small aircraft, but thought it was a bit odd programmed to be at both places. Then of course i got thinking if the Jordians can fly between both then so could some thing nice come the other way :icecream:

Great news - was brilliant last year with the Super Etandard. :yahoo:

Don't know if this means that the Typhoon is unlikely but does anyone know when their display dates might be announced? Some shows (obviously RIAT, Southend) have them listed but not others.

Is this a full on solo demo by the Aeronavale or a "role demo" as we've seen before?

It's described by the FN as a 'dynamique' presentation - so could well be a full-on solo. But then, the Role Demo was pretty dynamic!!

Wasn't it the FN Rafale a few years back?........absolutely stunning display. And what about his arrival on the Friday with his buddy?
I was in the field when they called up on the radio and about 2 mins out they asked if they could do "a few circuits for airfield familiarisation".
My god they tore the place up with the display aircraft leading and the reserve following his every move.....better than the actual display!
More of the same please Mr Frog!

Remember that very well and it was as awesome as you say...
But IIRC that was a pair of French Air Force Rafale Bs.

If the Aeronavale display is a repeat of last years role demo, it's sure to be awesome. Can't imagine it'll be any less than superb!

Kinda depressing that the item I'm most looking forward to at the Royal Navy's premier airshow is a French Navy jet. How times change!

The ticket agents told me to expect them mid May when I asked at the end of April, they said there had been a delay with the printers.

Tickets have arrived from the printers and dispatch has begun. If you don't receive them by the end of the week give the ticket office a call and they'll be happy to look into it for you.

I hope we get the Polish mig 29 again this year but does this look unlikely seeing as it's already confirmed for RIAT?
