Im sure Ive read before that Airshow FM cant broadcast further than 15-20 miles because of radio licenseing issues, but I have never understood why it cant be streamed online? Seeing as it works along side Lincs Fm anyway , surely they have the knowledge and capability to do it. Would get so many listeners ...

I'd guess that as an RSL, Ofcom restrict them to a maximum of 25 watts, which is fine across Lincolnshire and will get out quite far and there shouldn't be any interference from our yo-ho-ho friends.

They only allow 10watts max in urban areas, which is crazy because most of the frequencies will have been taken legally or illegally! But that's a discussion for another forum :heyhey:
I've upset Alan Green and 38000 Mackems don't you know!
