Quite a good display!

They were at Waddo in 2005 as well and have been at IAT in 1998 and 1999. Nothing too spectacular, a MiG 29 display would have been a little bit more enjoyable.

I've been going to Waddo since 2009 and this year's show looks set to be the best I've been to by miles- it really looks like the show is returning to the superb form it showed in the late 1990s/early 2000s.

Excellent to see the Team Orlik returning- enjoyed their display in 2009.

I wonder what else the Waddo team has up their sleeves for us!

I'm hoping that the 'Ongoing' negotiations with Thailand are to do with getting the Thai Air Force F-16 Solo Display Team over!!!

Some great additions to the line up today with the Polish display team and Army Air Corp Apaches flying! Hopefully there will be further intersting additions to come. I'd love to see a Polish Mig 29 or Su-22 in the static display if they won't be flying! Anyway i'm looking forward to further additions to the flying and static displays over the next few weeks and months. Top work by the organisers!!

According to the RIAT page, The B52 will be based at Fairford, and performing its flypasts at Waddington and Avord before returning to Fairford. Is there any chance of having it fly on both days. Maybe the thread on the RIAT page is incorrect.

It'll be doing the flypasts at Waddington/Avord on the way to Fairford (from the US) on the Sunday, where it will land and stay until RIAT the following weekend, and then it'll head back home to the US.
