Have bought tickets and accommodation for this one, am looking forward to it. Only been to one Shuttleworth show before and I lost all those images in the great RAID crash of 2014.

I saw it dismantled at Shuttleworth today ready to be roaded to Goodwood where it will be auctioned by Bonhams. Another example of the nedd to not take anything for granted whilst it is around!

Such a shame. If the SVAS have a few pennies lying around, couldn't think of an aircraft better suited to the Shuttleworth Collection.

That's a shame. At least I managed to see it fly at least once.

I have also found a link to the auction: http://www.soldbyauctions.com/homes/adv ... EsQzhWCmAK Very few hours on it unsurprisingly.
A tiny glimmer of hope perhaps: "Maintained and flown by the Shuttleworth Collection (agreement extendable)".

Such a shame. Pity Bonhams couldn't come to Old Warden on Sunday and see it in action with it's Sopworth relations....

Certainly looks like a remarkable line-up. If they start at the normal time of 14.00 will they get them all in, and have they got enough pilots, although I suppose that Dodge Bailey will be flying a good number of them?

A lot of the aircraft are very wind dependant unfortunately so I am hoping for the weather forecast to improve.

Looks like the Brooklands Camel will also be at Shuttleworth this Sunday, there could be some nice photographic opportunities if they're both well placed together on the static line.

Forecasts I've seen say cloudy. I'll hold out a bit longer before making a decision.

That's what I'm going to be doing. I'm going to be up that way Saturday night. If the weather looks dodgy, I'll probably go over to Duxford, haven't been there for a few years, take a look at what's new.

Yes I believe so. I saw a couple of photos recently showing Berlin Express next to Frenesi at Duxford.

This is a 360 picture, if you have Facebook and open this post, you can scroll right and you will see Frenesi and Berlin Express:

I am over in the emerald Isle mate, Not quite a east quick trip down the M4 these days. Time is taken it toll on the stamina. :surrender:

I save my cash for the RAF 100 shows instead. Nothing I have not seen before anyhow bar the Camel.

enjoy.

Forecast is not great - BBC say a bright start, clouding over and rain moving in as the day wears on, with the winds increasing, although they also said it would be dry this evening and we actually had a pretty big thunder storm... Still, I'm gonna give this one a miss I think.

Saturday looks perfect - light winds and wall to wall sunshine.
