Match of the day at 50

Post by warferry »

This was when the game was filmed from its 3 o'clock kick off and the movie rushed to London to be shown around 10:30 ish that evening.
How things have changed. The match this time was a "Pompey" home fixture.BBC Sportsview Not able to get any closer and plastic camera plus time passing responsible for poor quality.Hope football fans at least like. Terry
