Key West - 2004

Postby FERG on Mon 21 Oct 2013, 9:27 pm

Hi

I was lucky enough to fly with the NAS Key West Base Flight Sea Kings on a couple of photo-ex sorties leading up to their final retirement.

Not really 'Golden Oldies' but gorgeous aircraft nonetheless.

Evening

At the risk of overkill on the Sea King I found two more shots of a sortie flown at Key West a year earlier in early 2003 with the "grey bird".

I don't think there's such a thing as "overkill" when it comes to Sea Kings. Fantastic images, and what a location!
