More Shuttleworth RAF Harriers

Post by MUSTANG »

Following on from my original posting way back in 2014 of RAF Harriers at Shuttleworth, I have found some more.

These were dated 3rd August 1997....

Great pics, reminds me of a display I went to at RAF Sealand in the early 90's (I think) 2 Harriers taking off from grass make fantastic grass blowers.

Are the aircraft of Shuttleworth collection flying in the late 70s/very early 80s the same as the models that fly today?

How has the event changed in the past 30-40 years - or not at all?

Can anyone provide input on this?

Thanks in advance.

Ah, the good old days when Shuttleworth would have some heavy metal in the programme. Thanks for sharing.
