Typhoons over Brize

Post by Maverick »

Hi all
At about 9.30am this morning i was awoken by a fast moving jet which i thought would be the usual c17, but to my suprise, were around 4-6 typhoons. They then circled around witney and broke above the cloud. Did anybody else hear or see this? or is this my imagination.
Thanks

Sam

7x Typhoons diverted into Brize after coming back from deployment due to poor weather at Conginsby and one was running low on fuel. Departed around 9:30am this morning.

Very fast, very noisy - and very low on the wide circuit. I suspect most in Witney were awakened by this visit
