Pavehawk at Culdrose?

Saw a Pavehawk over Helston (just off Culdrose) today.... Anyone know it's ID and what it was doing there? Not often seen in these parts!!

I was surfing nearly all of the time and didnt get a shot when one passed over... this guy did though
