'Unbroken' an excellent new film coming soon!

Post by sismore »

If anyone has spare time during the festive holidays then it may be worth a trip to the cinema for this upcoming film which is being released on Boxing day!

By watching the trailer it looks like a well made film and I am looking forward to its release.

What's your thoughts?

Don't need to now I have seen the trailer....

I do have a pet hate with CGI of aircraft or anything that would look better 'real' - it kind of puts me off on a credibility factor (even though I have no reason to doubt what follows).

From the review on Radio 4 the other week , that trailer probably features pretty much all the flying sequences you're going to see -- the majority of the film is set in a Japanese POW camp.
Oh , and a number of Murkins are already complaining because the lead character is played by a Brit !

That seems to be the case with almost all American war films these days, they always seem to be played by British or Australian actors. Hell, Band of Brothers could've been an entirely British cast...
