Silly question, I suppose, but as it's the RNHF Sea Fury why's it at North Weald?

Surprised they don't do it in-house, or aren't they equipped/qualified to do so?

ASCOT 812 ( C-17 ZZ178 ) been running approches & touch-and-goes at Cardiff on and off for the last few hours, looks to be RTB.
ASCOT 482 ( A-400 ZM416 ) low-levelling Westbound down the Bristol Channel, now over the Devon side near Lundy.

Edited to add...
At least a quad of QUIDs Northbound approaching Devon....mention of routing via Yeovilton & Brize, RTB Mildenhall.
Edited again to add...
Now reporting routing via BZN->MAM ( that's Marham, isn't it ? )

FAF6442 out & about, from comms I've heard it sounds to be around the Yeovil/Yeovilton area.
Live-Mode-S has it as an Alpha Jet, T/No. E-115

Edited to add...
Now hearing FAF6441 as well.
No ID yet, but as a guess it's another Alpha Jet

Edited again to add....
FAF6443 also up now ( Presumably another A-Jet )

Someone up out of St Athan using the callsign 'Whitehorse Formation', reporting as routing to Kemble.
No ID, but think they may be Tutors

Bums !!
That's what happens when you post on a forum within 10 minutes of waking up....and not bother checking before hitting 'send'

No idea why I put '570, given that I meant '740.

Callsign 'VIPER 1' currently inbound Cardiff Airport.
I was worried Tommy would ban me for missing a test-flight by one of the Hunters, but luckily it's turned out to be a boring old Apache ( ZJ222, I think they ID'd as )

Don't know why, but the Belgian AF seem to have taken a liking to Cardiff Airport recently.
Today's visitors were a Herky & an Embraer E-145, which have recently departed & are now on their way back to Melsbroek.
