What went over Fife today at 13:20?

I arrived in Anstruther today at 13:20, and heard something very noisy passing over head. It had the sort of "ripping curtains" noise I associate with Typhoons, but it sounded like it was moving overhead slower. I couldn't see anything, including any contrail, and my phone was too sluggish to get Flightradar on the go.

Did I hear anything exotic or unusual? Sounded like a rocket passing over!
