I have been told by a few people that it is the Bush, who knows, but I do think there is truth in the rumour.

Definitely not the Ronald Reagan, which is now home ported in Yokosaka Japan and currently taking part in exercises in Australia.

That's great, by co-incidence I will be visiting the in-laws, who live close by, on Sunday and we were going to Stokes Bay/Lee anyway :yahoo: .

Its in at Portsmouth for some "R n R" followed by several weeks of intense training for Ex Saxon Warrior, much like 2011. The Ex is organised by FOST at Plymouth and should take in much of the country but most will be within SW England like in 2011.

This may then have something to do with 2 C2 Greyhounds currently crossing the French Coast towards the UK. 162158 & 162148.

Last time there was a carrier in the area they had a few flights in and out of Stansted IIRC? If anyone hears that they're due into STN, a heads-up post would be very welcome.

Yeah, they did, sorry. I meant at any point in the next week or so whilst the carrier is in the vicinity.

At £60 ago. Makes the Gosport Ferries £10 a head look an absolute steal.

I am on the Gosport Ferry on Friday. Took me 2 hours of their phone being constantly engaged this morning but finally got through (after loosing the will with phone tone)

Now, hope I can last the trip without being sick   If you are on the ferry, I will be the one at the back being ill !!

Seems unlikely you would be sick on the Gosport Ferry in the Solent but if you are very susceptible, take sea sick pills. They work.
