couple of Coningsby Typhoons went and escorted a Ryanair plane coming from Lithuania originally going to Luton, but then diverted to Stansted in an apparent bomb hoax http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-41495677
but their sonic boom was heard across most parts of Suffolk under the Stansted flightline, caused quite a stir it was loud & shook my windows, which is confusing me slightly as thats not going to have been the most direct intercept from Lincolnshire.
