IL-76 OTT this morning?

Post by keithjs »

Saw what we thought was an IL-76 (with winglets?) heading North East over High Wycombe at 9.20 this morning?
Can anyone confirm please? Thanks in advance.

I can't think of any Il-76 with winglets, so just basing it on a 4 jet transport that does, maybe a movement out of Brize, but haven't checked anything.

Two C-17s, about 10 minutes apart, would have gone over High Wycombe heading in to Europe according to Fighter Control.
