Kamov Ka32 Helicopter just passed to the west of Maidstone heading south.

HB-XKE of HeliSwiss, which has been lifting pylons in Northumberland.

Thanks for that as I wondered what it had been doing. I heard the helicopter approaching and was most surprised when I looked up at saw it, not what I was expecting. It was a nice spot as I've not seen one before.

It landed at Shoreham airport briefly, after lifting some air con units onto a building in Brighton on Wednesday.
It wasn’t visible on flightradar24 unfortunately.

It arrived at Shoreham on Tuesday afternoon from Le Touquet. Did the lifting as you say on Wednesday morning at 07:30 and returned departing North late morning. There are some photos here if interested.

Spotted her overhead me in Larkfield (Kent) at 16:40, lovely sight, and sounded very Chinook like.
Don't bother running, you'll only die tired!!
