Cold War GB - Gloster Meteor TMk.7 +++FINISHED+++

Post by Deacon »

This GB, for me, is about filling those voids in the cabinet where models of early RAF jets are missing.

I like to have a couple or 4 builds on the go as you can get on with something whilst another build is drying.

So, here it is and it will be finished in green & grey as a 74 Squadron a/c.

Cheers

I have done some work on this but forgot to update.

It seems to be going together rather well.

Here is the canopy masked, the masks are supplied in the kit which is a nice touch.

I have just 4 kits on the go mate and for this GB I must have about 20 Brit aircraft kits I could do.

I'm really enjoying this build.

Some more done.

The first coat of camo is on and the canopy has been painted black and glued to the airframe.

OK, Klear coat, decals, Klear coat, panel wash and matt coat added.

So, undercarriage and bits to add to finish.
