By that logic then neither does that GR.4
Re: Electronic Warfare - Your Shots
You're probably right Tom, but there are, or were, dedicated SEAD squadrons in the RAF, 31 is/was one of them, dunno if 14 was as well. There aren't any dedicated SEAD Hornet units...
Do you want the Aladeen news or the Aladeen news?

Good to get a bit of banter going! You may well find that those days are gone and individual squadrons now have 'lead' status for specific capabilities; SEAD being one of many. Anyway - three from me:
Boscombe 1992 - F-4G Phantom II:
Lossie 1995 - EP-3J Orion:
Nellis 1995 - F-4G Phantom II:
Cheers, Tom

Whoa, that's a new one on me, EP-3J - SIGINT, ELINT?

Been thinking about the categories of "Electronic Warfare" and is intelligence gathering the same as reconnaissance?
If so I think the Apache should count...
(Tony - I will remove if you disagree )

Not a great shot (without a scanner, I had to do the photo of a photo thing), but I think it fits....
Given that it used a mixture of sensors when it was working, does this fit?
Egyptian Hawkeye at Leuchars en route to the States (hence the US Navy markings)

Nice try, there aren't that many EW helicopters, apart from the EH-60 Black Hawk and some versions of the Mi-8...

Re: Electronic Warfare - Your Shots
The Tu-95MS Bear-H doesn't fit the criteria. It would be like posting an image of a B-52H. Bear H is a strategic nuclear bomber variant. Its role is to deliver air-launched cruise missiles. The now retired Tu-95RT Bear D would have fitted the criteria.

The WB-57 doesn't count, although it has been used for tests recently for the Battlefield Airborne Communications Node...
