The event started at Stellenbosch airfields (FASH) which is arguably the most scenic airfield in the country surrounded by the Cape winelands with spectacular mountains as backdrop, if ever in the area make a plan to visit, even if it’s only for a cold one.
Then it was off to a wine estate for a fire fighting display by Working on Fire, a Government sponsored program to cover the annual fire season which can be so devastating during the summer months in the Cape,
