Sikorsky's Queen of the Skies

Following on from the topics on the last board, Sikorsky Hawks, Bell Hueys and Aerospatiale Pumas, its time to have a shuftie at the ole Sea King. This machine is a true classic, first flying in the 1960s it has served with distinction in a wide range of roles, from SAR ASW and also AEW as well as utility. Now lets see your shots on this lovely new board of the H-3. These can be Sea Kings, Commandos, Westland-built, Agusta-built and even Mitsubishi, would be nice to see a few S-61s as well.

Extra kudos for rare operators.

Hi Tony,excellent choice of subject, my favourite helicopter. Here are a few submissions with a 'Celtic flavour' (mainly by location !).
Two from Gannet SAR Flt, XV661 '26',

and XV699 '23',

a couple of Brit' S-61s at PIK, G-ATFM,

and G-BFFJ,

and to finish, a couple of Irish S-61s,EI-CXS at Strandhill,

and EI-SAR west of Waterford,

like ALL of the previous contributions, some crackers.
