Wings ovewr Illawarra 2017.

Illawarra Regional Airport, just south of the city of Wollongong, which is around 1 1/2 hours drive south of Sydney, hosts the annual Wings over Illawarra airshow. This is the only airshow in the Sydney area, and has progressed from a one day fly-in to a full on two day airshow. Illawarra regional airport is the home of the Historic Aviation Restoration Society (www.hars.org.au) who are very active in restoring aircraft and keeping ex-military aircraft flying, especially those with an Australian history.
Here are a few photo's from the event, with a few more to be posted later. (my first post. Great Website, Cheers Tim).

Lovely set of photos. I'm particularly taken by the Neptune! I think though if you moved them to the 'Airshow Photos' section you'll get more views/comments. They deserve it.
Loafer for Mr. Da Vinci.
