Firstly a big thank you to the guys at the Kent Spitfire for a great event, so enjoyable had a great time. Nice to meet PhilW breifly fantastic to see the Spits fired up in the dark with the flames shooting out.

As for the pics im a bit disappointed with them to be honest, may be my lack of experience with nightshoots, but i've come away wit a few keepers.

Thanks for looking C & C welcome.

Hi Tim,

I like the compositions, especially the first one. Also the last one has captured the prop disc and blue flames well

For what its worth (IMHO!) some of the night pics look a bit grainy - was it quite a high ISO you were shooting at? If I saw these in photoshop I would move the left hand slider on the levels to the right a little to try and hide this and give some more punch (plus adding some saturation and noise reduction). I shot mine at 200 ISO with 10 secs at f6.7 and made sure the histogram was to the right as much as possible to minimize any noise in the shadows when processing which seems to have worked!!

Cheers
