Nice set, best I've seen from the show. Frames 2 and 8 are superb.

E3 shot is an angle you don't often get to see, nice shot there

B-52 and approach lights is effective too, gives a kind of looming perspective:)

As is the norm, well-crafted images, mixture of the carefully thought out shot and the close-in dynamic stuff too. The B-52 and approach lights is my fave of the first and the spectacular Typhoons from the second category.

Great stuff.

Thanks for the comments, guys. Glad you like them. I do have a rather nice whole sequence of Sentry topside shots against a variety of sky colour backgrounds that I haven't got near editing yet. Would there be any point in uploading any of them when I do (just 370 views since Monday suggest there aren't too many folk looking at this particular board now the airshow season is over - figures seem rather low compared to other sections in general, not just on my pics here)? I've also got a selection of static shots that I could post if there was any interest in seeing them, - these shots were just the quick edits from the first pass through the shots taken on the day. I will post more shots from the show if there is any interest (even limited interest), so let me know if you want a second helping.

Always keen to see your shots, Barry.

It's a bit disappointing when someone as talented as yourself get so few views/comments but then that's the way it is. (Thought I would have thought the season being over means people have more time to look at the internet, rather than less? Where's that confused icon...)

Great series. The E3 against that dark background is splendid as is the second B-52/landinglights shot. Do post some more, always like to see such great pictures, even if I don't always leave a comment.

Baz, these are gorgeous images - I particularly like the Typhoon vapour, BUFF and Moody Sentry, but that's not to detract from the others. I only occasionally make forays outside the Golden Oldies part of this forum, but never cease to be impressed by the standard of some of today's military a/c photography on here, LFA7 being a regular source of technically awesome images.
Thanks for posting these up,

Very nice, the blue skies are always a bonus at these things but I love the grey on grey shot, very cool, great post, Ciaran

Thanks, guys. Ciaran, some of my best aircraft shots have been with moody (ie. dark/grey) skies as backgrounds. Blue sky is good but the dark stuff is more atmospheric (if you pardon the pun). Got a few more in that vein today during a visit to Leuchars. Hopefully will post a selection later this week.
