The Ramex shots are just beautiful! Thank you for your hard work and really appreciate your art. Here's hoping Sunday weather allows the full displays, especially the Ramex

Love those shots of the F-22 and F-35 in formation. The F-35 sure is a looker

Thank you for your answer.
I do'nt stand on the grand stand tomorrow, do you have any idea what the best place is to take a shot like above outside the grand stand?

Kind regards,

Stian

That shot was taken on take off, I would say immediately west of FRIAT behind the disabled enclosure however the raptor took off the opposite way today which if he does the same tomorrow destroys any chance of it unless you're in FRIAT.

That's where I ended up and it was the best place (outside a grandstand) to get decent central views.

I was there too. It is the best compromise but it is just that. Given the grandstand is raised up I don't see why it cant be moved further back towards the Southern taxi way. Even if people weren't allowed to sit in front of the grandstand it would still allow people to see past it to see take offs/ landings.

It is getting beyond a joke now with the different gardens and chalets that are popping up basically the middle 1/3 to 1/2 of the entire flight line isn't available to Joe Public coz the toffs are there chatting, networking, slurping champagne and probably ignoring the flying display. To make it worse there are now huge 'service' areas behind all of the chalets where they park the fork lift trucks etc so you can't even sit behind the chalets. I would like to see a breakdown of the amount of revenue these chalets/ gardens bring in vs the amount of square metreage they occupy - the tickets may be eye wateringly expensive but they seem to take up a disproportionate amount of space on the show ground.
