A great way to draw the curtain on a difficult 2016 season. As usual, the team at Shuttleworth put together a well thought out day of entertainment and interest, emphasising just how far ahead of the curve they are.
After Sywell's Moraine Saulnier fly in on Saturday (what can they do to change their luck) the sunshine came as a welcome relief on Sunday. Lovely light for most of the day although the sun got 'switched off' by dark clouds from time to time in the early afternoon. With the Comet going up twice, it was worth the gate money on it's own and the evening light, well, you just can't buy that!
Anyway, a few pictures from the day.
PS. Just for my notes, does anyone know who was flying the Desoutter on Sunday?
