Was there any RIAT trade in the loop today? Also, did the Spang F16's drop in. I saw they went to Wales.

The Czechs flew out of the Bwlch not the Cad Pass as they travelled North. The SP F-16's were heard on the scanner trying to find where the loop was.

The Thunderbirds F-16D turned up and performed a loop over the loop before going into a spiral climb then disappearing.

ZA750 aka "Pinky" should be looping tomorrow but this time fully bombed up before heading down to RIAT.

Forgot about the Thunderbird Red Dragon. Regards the Czechs, from where I was, on Bwlch exit, they came from behind left going North so I thought that they'd come from behind Cad Eastish.

Driving down the A420 near oxford at about 1 thinking how unfortunate it was I can't make it to RIAT this year when what pops out from behind the trees right in front of me? Just the IL-76 and both flanker in a banked topside turn at about 500ft :yahoo:

Great to see the Ukranians have arrived...

...don't go tech for Sunday, don't go tech for Sunday, don't go tech for Sunday...

Quick question re: the Midnight Hawks - they display as a four ship but spare plane is numbered 7 - have they brought 5 and 6 too or is 7 their equivalent of Red10?

Cheers, keep em coming Andy, you've obviously sorted the technical gremlins from last year (or DBH have sorted theirs!!) and it's much appreciated. If you feel like venturing out of your cosy FRIAT cave on Sunday I'll buy you an ice cream.  :icecream: :icecream: :icecream:

Just soiled myself !! :lmao: . Did they get an escort into the country, Tiffies, or just flew straight in, no reason - just curious.

Would expect it to be almost certainly the single-seater.
