Eastbourne from Beachy Head 19/08/17

Post by IanC »

Very windy up here and hard to keep the camera steady, hence the lack of prop blur. Most aircraft higher then they used to be when passing Beachy Head, but some quite close.

Glad you got something from the day, better than my efforts in the wind on Friday.
As you say, shame they were not a bit lower, the water background is not only more pleasing on the eye but illuminates the subject better, as on G-EWIZ.
Thanks for posting.

It was operating from Biggin Hill where it also displayed over the weekend.

Cheers thought it was, seem to see pictures of it at Biggin parked up with the rest of the display aircraft.

No special area for a aircraft with Flares.
