Great to return to the Yeovilton International Air Show on Saturday having missed the last few years.
As usual, it was very well organised with a good variety of display acts. Whilst the commando assault finale wasn't as large as previous years, it was still very impressive.
A great representation of fast jets. They were all well flown and impressive displays, with the two French Navy Rafales burning up the skies to their usual great effect. Of the solo's, I think the Belgian F-16 sets the benchmark for F-16 displays but it was great to see a Danish example that considering it does far less displays during a season, gave it a good run for its money. So IMHO, my preference was; Belgian F-16, Danish F-16, Czech Gripen, Canadian Hornet, RAF Typhoon, Greek F-16.
It was a tad warm right from the off with no let up right through the day and probably goes down as the hottest show that I've attended in the UK!

Fantastic photos, I didn't bother taking any this year as it was just too damn hot lol but still not as hot as 2013, that was real scorcher.
For me the Danish F-16 was the best but that was purely on the amount of flares it let off, every turn he seemed to let 3/4 go
