Hi this is my first post. I was at warton today and caught this Typhoon.

Interesting shot.....shame about the boring grey colour scheme.

This Typhoon looked like it was two tone to me. :shock: :shock: :shock:

Nice to see CS001 is out on the pan but as i already knew its a boring grey :sleepy:

Seen another shot of a Saudi Typhoon online somewhere, the camo appears to be very similiar to that seen on USAF F-15C's...

Great exclusive catch!!!

There is a BAE Systems mock-up image...http://www.combataircraft.net/reports/images/72.gif

But that shows the RSAF wording on the fuselage as grey, so having it in green is a small bonus...

Hmmm not convinced entirely meself that shes two tone grey due to shadow and the fin tips and radome are always a diff colour to the rest of jet on Tiffies.

Now wishing i had scammed my way into the hangar when i saw her in there last time!

Would be interesting to see if she is indeed two tone Camo that is shown in that linky Mr O has supplied.
3 Months to go, hopefully he says.

Andy is correct. This jet is in a 2-tone grey scheme, very similar in design and shades to the standard air-superiority F-15 scheme
