She does look in pretty good nick if she is going to be broken up lets hope she is going to Cosford.

Thanks Sam. And I wasn't aware there has been two? XV305 and which other? I'm trying to get them all but got a feeling I will miss the one in two weeks time :sad:

Shame to see them go, but there's no doubt that the RAF squeezed every last hour out of them before the cull.
Serious fatigue probs meant they'd need new outer wings and then it would only put off the day of reckoning for a relatively short period.
I don't think there can be a Herc fleet in the world that has worked so intensively for decades like ours.
