During the Combined Joint Personnel Recovery Course Standardisation (CJPRSC) 2010 was a hot refueling exercise on the airfield Donauwörth- Genderkingen.
Involved were one HH-3F Pelican, one SH-3H Sea King and two Gazelle attack helicopters.
During the entire exercise, flew a Tornado from Lechfeld air surveillance.
waiting for the helicopters…
here they come

The Gazelle swirl up the dirt
doorgunner secures the area
ready for refueling
both machines are fueled
secure …
enter…
and all quickly gone
Hope you like it.

Im just loving those sea king shots,
just like our Royal Navy ones (we had) like that, well like our bagies,
so nice to see these still,
I think the Eygptians are (were, beofre the present crises) having theire Sea Kings refitted in the US so they work for such more years, umm maybe with the SAR privatisation fiassco, we would do the same with our 771 Sqn. and RAF SAR seakings?
Thanks for such great photos!!
