MCAS Yuma, October 2011

Spend 2 days outside MCAS Yuma, and was lucky enough to get a tour inside as well. The Weapons Tactics Instructors course was ongoing at the time, and that resulted in all the types from USMC was stationed at MCAS Yuma for the exercise

One of the best sets of pics I've seen on here, everyone super sharp and great light.

The 2nd F5 and 2nd C130 shots stand out.

Superb shooting, I love shot 20. And the scheme on the first F-5F... wow!

Thanks for all the comments, I'm glad you like them

I'm not sure why the Hind was there, as far as I know it's civilian operated, and has some kind of adversary role in the WTI, but I'm not sure. Unfortunately it didn't fly while I was there, even though the engine was running for like 20-30 minutes at some point, but then it was turned off. And I couldn't get closer to it, so I don't have any other photo's of it, unfortunately

Thanks,
Søren
