A wonderful selection, and I also agree that the nighttime FT-6/JJ-6 is a POTW candidate.

Nice, very nice! Love the Fantan and F-7BGI. Another POTW vote for the FT-6 at night!

Now these shots really are something different. Some pretty rare aircraft and lovely colour schemes there and a nice change from grey. Was it easy to arrange base access?

No. It took several attempts over two years to get approval. From what I was told during my visit, approval must first come from the Prime Minister's office. I believe that only a handful of people have been allowed to visit since 1999 so I was just lucky I guess.

That is by far the most interesting set posted on here in ages.
Superb images of extremely rare subjects .
Would have loved to have had a visit like that , well done for putting in the effort arranging it .
