Mirage @ Marham/New Turkish Stars livery @ the Hall.....

Post by MattV »

Hi all,

Had a run over to Marham to catch the 2 Mirage 2000's arriving after a mornings sortie. Then took a drive over to the hall and within 15 mins of arriving the Turkish stars C130 departed.....

Fantastic images - that C130 is a beaut. What was it doing over here?
And wouldn't a couple of those Tonkas look great in the same camo as the Mirages!

Turkish C-130's are regular visitors at Mildenhall and have been for many years

"Wow",gorgeous stuff lads. That C130 is sheer Turkish Delight   ,great light and angles on it.The joys of the mound spring to mind there.
The mini tour of the region has paid handsome dividends with a pair of great catches in the form of your 2000 shots.
I think you must have a first though with the C130,as I don't think even the keenest of spotters bar a handful on these shores will have togged the lovely new paint job :dummy:
Keep the good work up and look forward to the next instalment on here of your travels.. ..J7
