The Mighty Galaxy... and friends 15.03.15

Hello,
Before visiting mother with a card and flowers in-hand, I drove down to the Hall to try and catch the C5 that had arrived on Saturday morning. Weather wasn't up to much unfortunately, but some nice movements none the less...

Wonderful pictures, does anyone know why the Turkish A400m is a regular visitor to Mildenhall?

I got a misty blip of the C5 from Lakenheath Fen RSPB. I got back to the car and found I'd left the lights on and the battery was flat. I got bump-started and drove over to Mildenhall, where three Ospreys were sitting out and the Turkish A400M was parked where I could only see it properly from near the end of St John's Street. Returning to the car, I threw my fleece in the boot and slammed it - my keys were in the fleece and I was locked out.

I then waited an hour and a quarter for the AA and watched fascinated as the driver demonstrated how to break into a Passat without breaking it.

Days like this I can do without - I didn't even have the consolation of taking pics to match the great ones at the head of this thread!
