Hi All,
What appears to be becoming an annual exercise there were three B-52 Stratofortress Bombers on temporary deployment to RAF Fairford in support of Baltops 15 and Saber Strike exercises. I managed to catch one returning to base on the last Wednesday afternoon and the final sortie on the Thursday morning both launch and return to base. I have to say despite the BUFF acronym I think they are a spectacular looking machine. Here's just a small seleciton of those two movements.
