I'm new here and whilst I've snapped a few aircraft photos previously (at shows, airfields and other shoots) this was my first one here. The number of attendees quite surprised me - but clearly they're popular events... and once it all got going it seemed very well run with helpful staff and crew that clearly knew what it was would work for us civvies.
I'll share one or two of mine, but I've tried to add some different images rather than post what others have shared far better efforts than mine.
A thoroughly enjoyable event... rolll on 2017.

Superb!
Takes a lot to make a King Air sexy.
Monochrome Herc is lovely.

If a man speaks when he is alone in a forest and there are no women around to hear him, is he still wrong?

As you say - something different. Most excellent!

Very nice! Love the rear shot of Nellie. Any more pics to come?

Thank you all for your kind comments. Yes, there could be a few more. I've added a few more to my flickr album but may go back and edit some more as the evenings now start to draw in. I'll share some Jaguar photos later in the month... after the looked forward photo charter at Cosford, which might be a bit special.

Fantastic set! Superb detail and editing, with the puma and b&w herc being the stand out shots.

Thanks again for the very kind comments; all the images I've uploaded to date are on my flickr album, but I'll link a couple more.
I really liked the Gazelles, especially the Tiger scheme one, although I missed its engine run - I think I was snapping the Puma at the time.

The standard one is a nice camouflage colour combination too. Just a pair of standard shots, but added for variety.

The Hawk was a bit of a challenge - black aircraft in the dark parked a way back from the lights, but lifting the background illuminated environment has made it stand out nicely

... and finally, the PC12 snapped just as the engine shut down... but the propeller kept rotating whilst my shutter remained open (fortunately)

Another image that I've tried to pull-out the detail on... pushing the background back a little. I might have overcooked it a little... still not sure about this one.

A great set - thank you . I'll add my vote to the b&w Herc followed closely by the Nellie shot.
