ID query

[Blackbird]

I saw this at the airport at Longyearbyen, Svalbard at the end of last month. It looks like a Swiss Air Force colour scheme, but I couldn't see any markings/registration on it. If anything, it looks as though the serial has been painted out. Apologies for the grotty image, but this was taken from quite some distnce so is heavily cropped.

Any ID help would be appreciated.
