While most UKAR member were out at RAF Marham for a very good reason, the Dutch had their own activity. Two days of slingload training at the Edese heath with a pick up point at the former active airbase of Deelen. 3 Chinooks, 2 Cougars and two German NH-90TTH helicopters practised for two days with the riggers of 11th Supply Company of the 11th Air Mobility Brigade.
The weather conditions were harsh due to snowfall, but offered some very interesting white-out landings.
