Saudi Tiff hand over show

I was at my local on a thursday for a change! and as I arrived it was apparent that word had got out over todays events. because it was a packed mound I saw, the reason? The arrival by members of the royal saudi family to accept the first 2 typhoons.
All the usual suspects were there and we had a good day and a very busy one. One last thing please excuse the fact there are a few civvies in this post as we had a lot of VIPs

An impressive batch ; I particularly like the fifth Saudi Typhoon blazing down the runway .
The puny looking tail chute as it first pops out is quite amusing, too .

How do you get to the mound? I was at the crash gate on the other side of the runway last week but couldn't see a way round.
