Oh yes, hell of a week

I love the taxi shot of J-5011, taken from the cross-roads on the way back to the caverns?

Holy smoke! They're alive with impact, colour and attitude - great shooting. Panning technique on the "helicopter" shot (not good on helicopters - EC-135???) is world-class.

Tops!

The Tiger's tail one is very unusual, and really brilliantly done.

Would people please stop bumping these threads with ridiculously good photos in. I'm trying to slowly raise some enthusiasm for the approaching season, and this is doing nothing for my inclination to go stand in muddy fields waving my dusty sensor at the sky.

I think I may take up knitting instead. At least then I'll have something to keep me warm in the muddy fields. UKARan jumper anyone? :-)

Andrew McP

PS. Amazing shots. The Tiger/tail shot is particularly remarkable. Usually I'm not a big fan of those OTT paint schemes, but that shot works wonderfully because of the vapour cloud. It really is very special IMO.
