Border's and Lakes!

Post by BatmanIX »

A few images from a few days out this week.
Started off in the Border's of Scotland at the beginning of the week before moving to the Lake District for Thursday.
Some very welcome passes from the crews at Leuchars. Soooooooo gonna miss these when they retire  !

Paul.

I know we should focus on the aircraft shots which are brilliant, but the last two are great.

F.3's low level!

Stunning! First shot of "HW" is fantastic. I really hope I can catch them LL before they go.

Second last shot is beautiful too.

In several of the shots the background behind the canopy doesn't match the surroundings. For example, in the second shot you've got a blue canopy against a background of trees, , what's going on there?

That often happens with mountains and sky above.
You get a warped effect through the canopy.
Top shooting mr Batman

3rd F3 shot is something else, but all very nice indeed. Love the scenic shots too.
