Back up the hills at last.
At long last I managed to get down to the Loop, and the weather and aircraft followed me too! ....... and not a Barn Owl in sight!!!!!
Cad west on Monday and various spots at the Bwlch on Tuesday. All shot with Canon EOS1DsMkIII and 600mmf4IS

The Hercules and Harrier at Cad west were taken using a Gitzo Gt3541ls tripod and Wimberley gimbal head, all the others were hand-held, IS mode 2, CFn III-2 medium-slow; CFn III-4 continuous AF track priority; CFn III-8 centre point expanded.

The Herc, Harrier and especially that last F-15 are the stand-outs for me, but they are all excellent. I'm going to have to visit there soon! Thanks for sharing these Nigel.
