A few photos showing my first viewing of 3 Typhoons working up together prior to formation later this year of 6 Squadron at Leuchars
EB - ZK304
EC - ZK 305
ED - ZK 306
All 3 closely grouped for take off
Unfortunately during its mission , EC had a problem with its refuelling probe and hastened back to base, with probe extended , brake chute and precautionary fire tenders
A couple more from Coningsby 04/06 - the F.15 duo
Finally - any excuse -3 Typhoons in one frame
On a separate note later this p.m. - the BBMF Lanc was on jacks with engineers working to get the undercarriage gremlin sorted to return servicable for a heavy weekend bookings.

Re: 6 Squadron`s designated aircraft
Great catch with the last one! Got to be a contender for the next photo of the week. Fantastic set.
"Can you believe it? Chelsea will just not let go in the Champions League!"
Re: 6 Squadron`s designated aircraft
Hi Ian,
Nice stuff there. I've only just started after getting back home last night. I shot a few more than I thought!

Re: 6 Squadron`s designated aircraft
6 Sqn went off as a 3 ship first thing on Wednesday too. Love the F15 pair. The mound is the best pace to shoot from in my opinion when the wind is right.
Re: 6 Squadron`s designated aircraft
Nice composition on the last two, Ian.
