Stormy Shuttleworth

Post by Mossie »

Hi there,

Yep, some more photo's from Shuttleworth on Sunday

A big thanks to everyone at Shuttleworth for putting on a great show. Early on the weather certainly wasn't looking promising, but despite a few cancellations it was a cracking show. Such a shame the Mustangs were curtailed at the end, but a big  to them for continuing as long as they did - have a look at the last shots of 'Janie' to get an idea of how heavy the rain was on her last pass!

Anyway, on with some shots.

There seems to be a few missing from my Photobucket account, so I'll probably include a few more this evening. Sorry

Thanks for looking. C&C welcome as always

Absolutely stunning work  That first Seafire shot is so impacting and I like the way you've caught the aftermath of the rain in the final images :topbombing:

My thoughts too!

Seafire on the roll is spectacular but there's too many other highlights to list them one-by-one - you'll have to just be satisfied with a general "stunning set" comment!!

An excellent set, well caught in far less than favourable conditions, let alone the downpour! ;)

Cheers,

Kev.

This is the best set of the show I've seen. They are really sharp and are not affected by the light in the same way as many others. Like the aftermath close ups too.

Nice one!

Lovely work, Geoff. Another vote for the Seafire in number one. Great use of the lower shutter speed.

Two quite outstanding sets GEOFF - superb composition, use of dof and slow shutter speeds as well as outstanding image quality   I like the Cub shot (amongst many others).
