You've all got me worried now! Have to agree with someone else on here, who said that the 2008 RIAT should have been cancelled earilier in the week. We spoke to locals, and they said that the rain had been horrendous all week, and that it had only brightened up on the friday, but there were still showers. I think we have all learned from that experience. Does anyone know what the weather is like there now? I have rain in dorset

This year the place has had little rain for 3 months, the ground is rock hard and the water table is low.

The circumstances are completely different, and there hasnt been much rain today.

Thats because the ones on the map are over a wide spread area where as the ones on the side are for a specific location! Any way lets hope sky's weather is right because it has forecast sun for saturday but rain for the rest of the week so Wellingtons at the ready because the ground's gonna be wet

BBC weather is currently showing Sunday as being better than Saturday, both sunny intervals with Sunday having higher pressure and humidity.
