I think we have all learned from that experience. Does anyone know what the weather is like there now? I have rain in dorset![]()

In 2008 there had been rain at Fairford in some form for practically every day in the months leading up to the show. The local water table was quite high and the ground hadnt dried out properly since the flooding the previous summer.
This year the place has had little rain for 3 months, the ground is rock hard and the water table is low.
The circumstances are completely different, and there hasnt been much rain today.
