The leaning tower of RIAT...

Hi guys,

Did anyone else notice that the MC-130 that performed the Para drop on Saturday had a lean when it landed and taxied???

Looked kind of weird!

I thought this was going to be another reference to the FRIAT stand!

I've seen Herc's, particularly Combat Talon's and Combat Shadow's "leaning" on a number of occasions before.

C-130,s are very prone to leaning, the reason is they dont have baffles in the wings to stop fuel moving towards the tips.

I've seen a fair few 'leaners' and have often wondered what the cause was, thanks for posting!
